Reason for return
Please pay close attention to the following items:
Please check all your boxes as soon as you receive them.
Refer to your packing slip and contact us via the contact page first. Return the item in its original outer, inner boxes & packaging materials and insure the package for breakage. Package the item carefully, as we cannot credit the product that becomes damaged during return shipping. Returns must be received by us within 30 days of the date ordered. Once we receive the shade in its original condition, you will be refunded for the cost of the shadeless 20% restocking fee. Credit for the returned items will be processed and shipping in either direction is not refunded.
Special Order, Custom Orders & Final Sale: Items cannot be returned.
GlassLampShop cannot be responsible for any missing or damaged goods if we are not notified within 2 days from the time received.
Sale items are not eligible for returns. Defective sale products will be repaired or replaced at the company’s discretion.
Items that have been installed or not in the original carton or packaging are not returnable.
We will credit your account once a return has been inspected and is determined to be valid.
The customer cannot make a refund before receiving the goods. All our orders have logistics information if the customer confirms that they have not received it. We can investigate the logistics information and confirm with the logistics company that the receipt is not signed, We will issue a refund or reship replacement for you.
We unconditionally guarantee your complete satisfaction for all items. If you are not completely satisfied with your product at any time, we will happily make it right, including exchanges and returns. Excessive wear & tear is not covered. Determination of excessive wear & tear is subject to GlasslampShop discretion.
